Modder ‘CreeperLava' has released new versions of the ALOT, A Lot Of Textures, mod for both Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. These mods significantly improve the textures of various environments and characters, and they are a must for everyone that is replaying Bioware's older RPGs.
According to the release notes, the new version for Mass Effect 2 adds ClearanceClarence's textures for the Omega asteroid and Collector armor, and replaces Miranda's textures with JimbobJeffers's. On the other hand, the Mass Effect 3 version adds MaryseDynasty's Tali textures for all four of her armours (default, alternate, from ashes, casino), replaces Cerberus units, Reapers and Garrus with ClearanceClarence's textures, updates Miranda's textures with JimbobJeffers' newest Ultimate Miri update, adds an optional file to revert Tali's textures to how they were before (in case some prefer the old ones), adds a bunch of new textures, among others Vorcha, Talon armour and environmental textures, fixes the alpha on some of the Normandy's walls and fixes the seam on James' face.
Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 receive incredible high resolution 4K Texture Packs, improving one hell of textures. Description This is a 4096x4096 texture mod for Garrus in Mass Effect 2. It requires Texmod to run, as Mass Effect 2 is not mod-friendly.
Basically, this is a minor update for Mass Effect 2 and a pretty good update for Mass Effect 3. Let's not forget that these packs have already more than 1200 textures in Mass Effect 2 and more than 2400 textures in Mass Effect 3.

A lot of gamers consider Mass Effect 2 one of the best games. Now while the ending of Mass Effect 3 was a bit disappointing, the actual game is still considered better than Mass Effect: Andromeda. And thankfully, modder ‘CreeperLava' released high-resolution textures for both of them.
As CreeperLava claimed, the textures included in these were not his creations. Instead, CreeperLava has collected textures from smarteck, CDAMJC, JeanLuc761, commositore, MaryseDynasty, Ellise, ELE08, AlvaroMe, DeadMeat_357, sulezraz and ThinkBlueN7.
The aforementioned modders have strived to achieve the best look possible, while remaining very close to the vanilla (default) style. And as you can see in the following comparison video for Mass Effect 3, they quite achieved it.
CreeperLava said that the Texture Pack for Mass Effect 2 updates 1200 high resolution (2K, 4K) textures. On the other hand, the one for Mass Effect 3 features 2200 high resolution textures. As such, these two packs update 3400 textures in total. Furthermore, the modders have also created brand new textures.
Among many others, these projects include high resolution textures for: squad mates, environments, cerberus, geth, quarians, reapers, the galaxy map, NPCs, weapons, armors and more.

What's also great here is that these textures do make a lot of difference. Contrary to other texture packs, gamers will not have to squeze their eyes in order to see the visual differences between the modded and the vanilla versions.
